It says that the coconut extract clams, soothes, and relaxes you. While the citrus extract refreshes and revitalizes. It also states that the product releases stress and tension.
Now I would use this after I shower and spray it all over my body. It smells great. But the smell don't last that long. It dose make you feel refreshed but as for calming and relaxing it didn't do any of that for me. It also good for a bathroom spray. Would I buy the product again, maybe not.
